Ce poste est idéalement situé à 5 min à pied de la gare TGV de Valence ( 35 min de Lyon Part Dieu notamment).
L’impact que vous aurez à travers ce poste
Assurer le support technique de niveau 2 pour les clients et mainteneurs utilisant les terminaux de paiement et services associés. Le technicien L2 analyse, diagnostique et résout les incidents techniques tout en garantissant un niveau de service optimal et une bonne communication.
Ce poste vous permettra d’évoluer dans un environnement technologique innovant, au cœur des solutions de paiement électronique. Vous développerez votre expertise sur les terminaux Android et la gestion d’incidents techniques complexes, en collaboration avec les équipes R&D et les clients. C’est une opportunité idéale pour renforcer vos compétences techniques, gagner en autonomie et contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue du support !
