Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?

Sous la supervision du Team Leader Manufacturing, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

• Production et contrôle qualité de réactifs de biologie moléculaire

• Contribution aux investigations de non-conformités et aux initiatives d’amélioration continue

Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous serez amené(e) à :

• Fabriquer des composants de kits de biologie moléculaire conformément aux procédures de production

• Réaliser les contrôles qualité des matières premières et des composants de production selon les spécifications

• Participer à l’assemblage et à la validation des packagings de kits

• Renseigner les dossiers de production et de contrôle qualité afin d’assurer la traçabilité

• Reporter les activités de production dans l’ERP

• Identifier et déclarer les non-conformités de production ; participer à leur investigation, résolution et suivi

• Contribuer à la création et à la mise à jour de la documentation qualité et des dossiers de lot

• Assurer le suivi des stocks et réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements selon les besoins

• Participer aux actions d’amélioration continue et réaliser les tests nécessaires à leur validation

• Contribuer aux tests requis pour le transfert en production de nouveaux produits

• Maintenir la propreté du laboratoire (nettoyage selon les procédures, suivi de la contamination, gemba walks)

Formation

Diplôme minimum Bac +2 (ou équivalent) en biologie ou analyses de laboratoire

Expérience

Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en laboratoire (stage ou emploi) dans un environnement de production, industriel ou réglementé (biologie, chimie ou santé)

Connaissance des systèmes qualité réglementés (minimum ISO 9001)

Compétences requises

• Maîtrise des techniques de PCR

• Rigueur documentaire et respect des normes qualité

• Esprit d’amélioration continue et capacité de résolution de problèmes

• Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome

• Adaptabilité et réactivité

• Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit

• Bon niveau d’anglais écrit

Environnement de travail

• Poste en présentiel, en horaires de journée

• 35 heures hebdomadaires, avec heures supplémentaires

• Travail en laboratoire de production et en environnement bureau

• Port d’équipements de protection individuelle (EPI)

How will you make an impact ?
Under the supervision of the Team Leader Manufacturing, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manufacturing and quality control of molecular biology reagents

• Supporting nonconformance investigations and continuous improvement initiatives

As part of this role, you will:

• Manufacture molecular biology kit components in accordance with production procedures

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials and production components according to specifications

• Participate in the assembly and validation of kit packaging

• Complete production and quality control records to ensure full traceability

• Report production activities in the ERP system

• Identify and report production nonconformances; participate in their investigation, resolution, and follow-up

• Contribute to the creation and update of quality documentation and batch records

• Monitor inventory levels and perform routine equipment maintenance as required

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform required validation testing

• Support testing required for the transfer of new products into production

• Maintain laboratory cleanliness (cleaning according to procedures, contamination monitoring, and gemba walks)

Education:
Minimum of a 2-year higher education degree (Associate’s degree or equivalent) in biology or laboratory analysis

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience (internship or employment) in a manufacturing, production, or regulated environment (biology, chemistry, or healthcare)

Familiarity with regulated quality systems (minimum ISO 9001)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Proficiency in PCR techniques

• Strong documentation practices and adherence to quality standards

• Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

• Adaptability and responsiveness

• Proficiency in spoken and written French

• Written proficiency in English

Work Environment

• On-site, day-shift work schedule

• 35 hours per week, with overtime as required

• Work in a production laboratory and office environment

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Daily interaction with Quality and Supply Chain teams
