As part of a team experienced in photovoltaics, he participates in the operation and ensures preventive and corrective maintenance visits of all equipment and systems of the sites in a safe, reliable, efficient, environmentally friendly, and safety-compliant manner. The technician intervenes in accordance with the company's values: Responsibility, Discipline, Commitment, Responsiveness, Sobriety, Curiosity. Domiciled at one of our bases in France, he works on all types of photovoltaic installations (roof, carport, ground-mounted power plant – fixed and tracker or agricultural greenhouse). Attached to his area, he intervenes within a 2-hour radius daily but also occasionally in the rest of France.
Evolution compared to level 2:
The Senior PV Technician is an autonomous field expert, capable of managing complex interventions, including HVA. He regularly supervises work-study and junior students, supervises construction sites and acts as a technical interface with customers. He also intervenes independently on routine maintenance operations of storage systems (BESS) and participates in the diagnosis of simple to medium failures.
- Evolution from Level 2 (Advanced)
- Transition from limited autonomy to full autonomy on simple/medium LV and HVA interventions.
- Advanced LV fault diagnosis, HVA diagnostics.
- Site management (heavy maintenance, retrofit, module replacements).
- Simple to medium diagnostics on BESS (battery modules, DC wiring, PCS).
- Intermediate understanding of BMS/EMS operation and ability to analyze monitoring data.
