Job Description

Rattaché au Responsable Maintenance du site, vous intégrerez notre équipe dynamique et polyvalente. Vos missions porteront principalement sur :

• L’entretien de l’équipement dans un environnement ATEX,
• la maintenance et la recherche de pannes mécaniques, pneumatiques, électriques sur des équipements de production (vannes, pompes, cuves, etc.) de vernis destiné à protéger l’intérieur des boîtes boissons,
• le suivi d’un planning d’entretien préventif/prédictif des équipements, l’établissement des rapports d’intervention pour assurer le suivi des équipements,
• le développement de l'efficacité des équipements pour les faire fonctionner à leur niveau optimal et proposition des améliorations,
• la participation occasionnelle à différents projets.

Vous travaillerez avec des permis de travail, de consignation et savez évaluer les risques.

Poste en 2x7

Vous détenez un BTS/DUT maintenance industrielle ou similaire et disposez d'une expérience de 3 ans au moins en maintenance.

Vous avez une expérience dans les travaux de mécanique, pneumatique et électrique (habilitations électriques basse tension), voire des notions d’ automatisme (détection de panne).

Vous avez travaillé sur des systèmes de pompes et transferts Une expérience sur un site de l'industrie chimique serait un avantage.

Sur la partie technique, vous avez une bonne compréhension des dessins techniques - schémas électriques

Vous avez également des connaissances et une expérience des techniques d' amélioration continue
