Le technicien de maintenance, autonome sur le site client basé à Chemillé en Anjou (49120), sera le premier représentant de l'entreprise auprès du client. Il aura la responsabilité de réalisation de la maintenance préventive et curative de l'installation client, ainsi que la coordination de l'activité avec le client.
Vos missions sont les suivantes :
Garantir des interventions curatives et préventives sur une installation logistique en respectant les consignes de sécurité,
Diagnostiquer l’origine d’une panne, grâce à vos connaissances et à l’utilisation de l’ensemble des moyens mis à disposition pour réduire les temps d’arrêts,
Reporter l’analyse de la panne et pouvoir être acteur d’évolution afin de garantir et pérenniser la disponibilité des installations de notre client,
Réaliser les interventions préventives en suivant le plan de maintenance, et les directives EHS du groupe Dematic.
Assurer les entrées et sorties des pièces détachées nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de l’intervention,
Réaliser les réceptions des pièces et leur intégration dans le stock
Reporter l’état du stock afin de pouvoir assurer le réapprovisionnement des pièces, et faire des demandes de réapprovisionnement au client le cas échéant.
Reporter toutes les interventions sur un outil de Gestion de Maintenance Assisté par Ordinateur (GMAO)
Réaliser les reportings quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels au client via les outils de reportings et tableaux de bords de l'installation.
Etre force de proposition d'amélioration continue sur l'installation et l'amélioration de la sécurité du site.
Travail de journée en semaine du lundi au vendredi sur une base 35h hebdomadaire. Poste basé à Chemillé en Anjou (49120).

Votre profil :
Idéalement, vous avez une formation technique d’électromécanicien et/ou d'automaticien (ex: BAC + 2 CRSA) et une première expérience professionelle.
