WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN - Island Gold District
Purpose:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Technician – Major Consumables is responsible for managing the receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of critical operational materials required to support mine operations. These materials include major consumables such as fuel, lubricants, mill reagents, tires, drilling supplies, and other high-volume materials essential for surface, mill, and underground operations.
The role ensures that all materials are received, recorded, stored, and issued accurately through SAP inventory transactions while maintaining strict adherence to established warehouse procedures, safety standards, and inventory control requirements. The Warehouse Technician plays a key role in maintaining reliable inventory levels and ensuring that operational departments receive the materials required to maintain safe and uninterrupted production.
The position requires frequent interaction with internal stakeholders across operational departments and supply chain functions, requiring a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication. The Warehouse Technician supports inventory counts, receiving activities, and warehouse operations while ensuring that all material handling and inventory processes comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established quality standards.

Compensation range: $62,250 to $112,150 annually
The compensation range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.
