Spartan Staffing Solutions has partnered with a National Heavy Equipment company. We are in search of a Technician Utility Worker to join their team in Fenton, MO.

Ideal Fit:

The ideal fit will have extensive knowledge of all areas of Heavy Equipment maintenance and Forklift repair.
Responsibilities:

• The utility person's duties shall be whatever is required of him by the company and the varied types of work done by any utility person. 

• Duties are dependent on the day to day needs of technicians and may include performing minor repairs, general machine maintenance, washing equipment, loading and unloading equipment, changing fluids and filters on a machine and housekeeping duties.

• Specific duties vary from location to location and are determined on an "as needed" basis.

• For bargaining unit employees, refer to the appropriate bargaining unit contract.

• Any and all duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or GED.  Technical, vocational, or trade school education desired.

• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization.

• Proficiency with computers and aspects of Microsoft office desired.

• Candidates must demonstrate problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude, good work habits, self-motivation and a desire to perform at one's highest level and knowledge of basic tools and tool usage.
