Intro Summary of the Role:

This role exists to ensure the seamless operation, integration, and maintenance of water‑treatment and utility systems including RO Plants, DM Plants, Softener Units, HVAC systems, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, and Purified Water Distribution Systems. The Integration Engineer will ensure system uptime, operational compliance with SOPs, accurate documentation, and cross‑functional technical coordination. The role supports continuous improvement and reliability across all water‑treatment processes by integrating engineering practices, automation, and data-driven monitoring.

What You Will Get:

  • Hands‑on exposure to RO Plants, DM Plants, Softener Units, EDR Systems, Heat Exchangers, HVAC Systems, Chillers, FCUs, Compressors, and Purified Water Distribution.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as HCM, Printing, GMR, Engineering, and EHS to ensure continuous utility support for production.
  • Opportunity to modernize equipment performance through SOP‑driven operations, preventive maintenance, system monitoring, and ISO/GMP‑compliant documentation.
  • A strong engineering culture that values safety, ownership, uptime reliability, and continuous improvement across critical utilities.

What You Will Do:

  • Operate RO, Recycle RO, Softener, DM Plants, and EDR systems as per SOPs.
  • Operate AHUs, FCUs, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and trim blowers.
  • Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for water treatment and HVAC equipment.
  • Maintain CLTI for all equipment and ensure system health records are accurate.
  • Identify equipment performance issues and resolve them proactively to maintain uptime.
  • Coordinate with vendors and supervise their work for safety and compliance.
  • Maintain ISO‑compliant logs for water treatment operations, readings, and system performance (RO logs, melt skid logs, water meter readings, etc.)
  • Follow all EHS procedures including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Utility/Water Treatment operations (RO, DM, Softener, HVAC, Chillers, Compressors).
  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and system integration.
  • Sound understanding of water treatment processes (RO, DM, Softener, EDR).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and air compressors.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment parameters such as DB, RH, pressure, flow rate, temperature.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to work with utilities and mechanical assemblies.
