The Technician Trainer will lead and oversee advanced on-the-job training (OJT) and classroom training programs specifically tailored to Technician. This role involves developing, maintaining, and updating comprehensive training plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, industry standards, and technical requirements. The Trainer will evaluate training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and provide recommendations to enhance workforce capabilities.
Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related production environment, with a focus on electronics technician-level tasks and training
Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced technical certifications (e.g., IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC 7711/7721, or equivalent) required
Standing: 25% *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task
Sitting: 75% *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task
Lifting (in pounds): up to 40 pounds
Pushing (in pounds): up to 40 pounds
Mental/Visual: Use of soldering equipment, microscopes/magnifying glasses, and
computers
Workspace (line, cube, etc): Assembly cell and training room

Salary range: $58.74 - $70.10. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
