We are looking for a Technician TASKI and Robotics to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting sales teams, business partners, and customers throughout the sales process.
You will combine your technical expertise with customer-focused problem solving to help deliver outstanding solutions and create long-term value for our clients.
Provide technical expertise and support to sales representatives, distributors, and customers.
Support customer engagements during the sales process, both remotely and on-site.
Assist customers in maximizing the value and benefits of Solenis products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical product and service-related issues.
Partner closely with commercial teams to develop and implement customer solutions.
Deliver technical sales support across multiple sites and customer locations.
Act as a subject matter expert across a broad range of products and solutions.
Technical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving.
Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers.
Experience in technical support, sales support, water treatment, chemical solutions, cleaning and hygiene, or related industries is an advantage.
Willingness to engage directly with customers and provide on-site support when required.
