Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • Ability to manage and educate Technicians on advanced testing, diagnostics and repair of all NSM products.
  • Set-up and maintain specialty control systems within the operational flow of the branch.
  • Manages the overall condition and branch requirements for rental, loner and stock equipment.
  • Monitors technician scheduling, operational excellence and training programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of NSM branch and Technical Services operations.
  • Understanding of advanced electronics set-up, programming and troubleshooting.
  • Adequately maintain a repair shop, warehouse and assembly area in a clean and safe manner; meeting all accreditation standards.
  • Manage vehicle fleet and ensure technician compliance to Company Fleet Policy.
  • Manage and review all documentation to obtain high levels of quality control and compliance.
  • Develops a culture dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolves customer comments or concerns about products or service with Branch Manager.
  • Establishes and maintains customer and caregiver education programs in the proper use, care and safety of equipment purchased, rented or repaired.
  • Supervises all productivity and performance standards; continuously improving metrics through training and leadership.
  • Provides input into hiring decisions and performance reviews of technicians.
  • Accesses current information and technological advancements from manufacturers on installations, repairs and part replacements for all NSM products.
  • Assumes responsibility for all technicians' continuing education units.
  • Completes Technician Supervisor: Training & Leadership Program.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift up to at least 50 pounds.

Required Education, Experience & Competencies:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • Five years of experience in CRT or related fields. Experience in assembly and/or repair of mechanical or electronic devices.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer related skills: Microsoft Office, E-mail and enterprise software.
  • Previous experience supervising a multifunction operation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage reporting expectations.
  • Previous experience in implementing Regional and National operational initiatives.
