Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate road transport operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Create loading instructions and manage transport orders and documentation.
• Monitor transport schedules and quickly resolve delays or incidents.
• Control transport costs and select carriers according to contracts and performance.
• Track and report transport KPIs such as On Time In Full and cost efficiency.
• Cooperate with internal teams and external transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of transport processes.
  

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of road transport and logistics processes.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with MS Office and transport management systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and French.
