该岗位员工的职责是，但不限于以下内容： 负责SMT制程不良的PCBA检测，维修及异常分析处理

What You Will Do

- 负责SMT制程中不良PCBA的检测、维修及异常分析处理

- 对维修过程中发现的问题进行统计、记录及归纳分析

- 配合工程师完成故障复现、问题分析及原因定位，并形成完整分析报告

- 根据电路原理图、PCB点位图及BOM进行故障排查，准确判断问题原因并完成修复

- 与团队成员协作，持续提升维修效率与维修质量

- 完成上级安排的其他相关工作

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- 大专及以上学历（或同等学历）

- 2年以上PCBA维修相关工作经验，熟悉SMT电路板维修流程

- 能够熟练阅读电路原理图及PCB点位图

- 熟练使用电烙铁、热风枪、万用表、示波器、电源等维修及测试工具

- 动手能力强，能独立完成元件级(0201贴片， BGA/QFN)维修者优先

- 掌握基本电脑操作及常用办公软件

- 具备良好的责任心和执行力，能够适应加班安排，保障生产进度
