Find your line at Mt. Hood Meadows, where we turn passion into purpose by delivering unforgettable experiences in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most stunning mountain settings. We believe in creating moments that matter — for our guests, for each other, and for the community. Apply today and join a team that fully embodies the mountain lifestyle.

Join the Rentals team at Mt. Hood Meadows and help guests gear up for unforgettable days on the mountain. From first-time visitors to seasoned pass holders, your expertise and positive attitude will help set the tone for an exceptional day at the resort.

In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you’ll assist with boot fitting, ski and snowboard setup, helmet and snowshoe rentals, and gear check operations while ensuring all equipment is properly adjusted and ready for use. Working closely with fellow technicians and resort teams, you’ll help maintain a safe, organized environment and adapt to the ever-changing demands of a busy mountain operation.

We’re looking for dependable and enthusiastic team members who enjoy working with people, thrive in an active environment, and have a passion for winter recreation. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical skills such as ski binding adjustment and equipment fitting.
