Job Description

Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing direction of Engineering and hotel management. Continually work towards and support both guests and associates.

Responsibilities

1. Perform all painting and finishing work throughout the hotel.
2. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming.
3. Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail in all painting tasks.
4. Execute touch-ups and maintenance painting as needed.
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in painting, preferably in the hotel industry.
2. Proficient in various painting techniques and applications.
3. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Shift duties are required.
