Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 SalaryTemco Logistics is seeking a dependable and skilled Driver and Appliance Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a 26 ft box truck to deliver and install household appliances to residential and commercial customers. This role requires a blend of driving expertise, physical capability, and technical proficiency to handle installations, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a safety-first work environment.

QualificationsResponsibilities:
- Safely operate a 26 ft box truck for multi-stop delivery routes and appliance installations.
- Load, deliver, and install household appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, and more.
- Ensure proper handling and loading/unloading of appliances using lift gates and other equipment.
- Utilize handheld devices to confirm delivery and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work with basic water lines, valves, and electrical connections for appliance installations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to builders, homeowners, and delivery customers by addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe, accident-free work environment by following company safety standards.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain a clean driving record.
- Respond appropriately to on-road emergencies and incidents in line with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with driving and the use of installation tools and equipment for household appliances.
- Previous experience delivering and installing appliances, including washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges, cooktops, hoods, and built-in units.
- Proficiency with hardwired and built-in appliance installations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Experience driving appliance delivery trucks and performing multi-stop routes.
- Ability to handle physical workloads, including lifting and moving items weighing 100 lbs. or more.
- Comfortable working with basic plumbing, water lines, and valves.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to pass pre-employment screenings, including DOT physical exams.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in dynamic environments.
