To provide technical assistance to engineering and corporate staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides technical assistance, under the direct supervision of the engineering staff in compiling
technical information, solving problems and assisting in preparing reports working from various
procedures and standard practices.
o Researches, computes, charts, plots, reads and measures engineering or test data.
o Assists engineering staff in compiling data and preparing engineering reports.
o Operates computer equipment to process engineering data.
o May be required to help prepare engineering data sketches.
• Requires frequent contact with personnel in engineering to obtain and furnish information.
• Responsible for own work.
• Performs other related duties as required.
EDUCATION:
Requires broad training in engineering principles, data and mathematics. Equivalent to one year of
college in engineering courses.
EXPERIENCE:
Requires three (3) months experience in nondestructive testing. Holds at least one (1) Level II NDI
certification.
