Support New Product Introduction (NPI) executionactivities in MSB Assembly Cleanroom (CR1/CR2/CR3)to ensure timely, safe, and compliant execution of NPI builds, from lot release throughAOut, by coordinating daily execution, tracking issues, and supporting engineers, CEM, IPPC, and manufacturing teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. NPI Execution Support (Core Responsibility)

• Support daily NPI lot executionacross Assembly CR1/CR2/CR3 (Die Attach, Wire Bond, Encapsulation, Laser, Singulation, etc.).

• Monitor NPIlotsstatus(WIP, holds, rework, conversion, disposition) and highlight risks to NPM / Process / Equipment / CEM

• Assistin expediting NPI lotsto meet AOut, MAD, MCD, and customer commitment dates

• Track build readiness(material availability, tooling, DID, recipe, conversion readiness).

2. Daily Operations & Issue Tracking

• Support daily shift executionby tracking:

• Tool readiness / downtime impact to NPI

• Conversion issues (recipe mismatch, DID gaps, tooling mismatch)

• Process abnormalities, yield issues, and holds

• Help prepare and update daily execution trackers, WIP lists, and action logs.

• Escalate execution blockerspromptly to responsible owners.

3.CrossFunctionalCoordination

• Work closely with:

• NPI / NPM engineers

• Assembly Process & Equipment Engineers

• CEM / IPPC / Manufacturing teams

• Planning and Test NPM

• Support interteamcommunicationto ensure correct priorities for NPI lots.

• Assistin coordinating shift handover informationfor NPI execution continuity.

4. Documentation & System Support

• Assistin:

• Updating NPI build information in Omelek ATPEA / SAP / internal trackers

• Verifying correct process flow, routing, and disposition rulesare applied.

• Support preparation of basic reports, summaries, and status updates for NPI reviews.

• Ensure documentation completenessfor NPI execution (build notes, deviations,followups).

5. Compliance, Safety & Quality

• Ensure NPI execution follows MSB Assembly specifications, safety rules, and cleanroom protocols

• Support engineers during process deviations, ensuring proper escalation and documentation.

• Assistin monitoring hold lots, expired materialsimpact, andqualityrelatedalerts affecting NPI.

Required Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma inEngineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).

• 0–3years experiencein semiconductor assembly, manufacturing, or operations support

• Familiarity with cleanroom operationsis an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of NPI flowsis preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong executionfocusand sense of urgency.

• Good communicationand coordination skillsacross teams and shifts.

• Ability to track multiple lots and prioritiesin afastpacedenvironment.

• Comfortable working with manufacturing systems and trackers(SAP, dashboards, Excel).

• Willingness to support shiftbasedor extended hourswhen NPI executionrequires
