Job Description:

Purpose

Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and improvement of production equipment and related auxiliary systems to ensure stable equipment operation, minimize equipment downtime, and improve production efficiency and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting

  • Perform diagnostics and repair of production equipment abnormalities and failures.
  • Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
  • Conduct equipment disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing in accordance with standard maintenance procedures.
  • Provide immediate response and support for emergency equipment breakdowns.

2. Preventive Maintenance Management

  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to maintenance plans.
  • Establish and maintain equipment maintenance records.
  • Monitor equipment operating conditions and assess wear and tear of components.
  • Provide recommendations for predictive maintenance and equipment improvements.

3. Equipment Inspection and Monitoring

  • Conduct routine daily inspections of production equipment.
  • Check and verify equipment operating parameters to ensure normal performance.
  • Report and address abnormal conditions promptly.
  • Maintain equipment reliability and production stability.

4. Equipment Improvement and Project Execution

  • Participate in equipment improvement and productivity enhancement projects.
  • Support equipment modification and upgrade projects in coordination with the Engineering Department.
  • Propose initiatives for energy conservation, safety enhancement, and production efficiency improvement.
  • Assist in new equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance activities.

5. Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Management

  • Conduct safety and health orientation training for contractors entering the facility.
  • Comply with company safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures.
  • Implement and adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
  • Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform work in accordance with environmental protection and occupational safety regulations.

6. Documentation Management

  • Complete maintenance work orders and maintain equipment history records.
  • Periodically measure, record, and maintain equipment monitoring data.
