We're looking for a Level 5 Leading Hand / Second in Charge to join our Water Main Renewals team. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced water industry operator who enjoys taking ownership, supporting crews and stepping up when the Foreman is off site.

You'll play a key role in delivering water main renewal projects, coordinating daily activities, supporting subcontractors and helping ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

If you enjoy being the person others turn to for guidance, this could be your next move.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Experience in water main renewals, pipelaying, plumbing or civil construction
• Confidence supervising crews and coordinating daily site activities
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity onsite
• Strong understanding of safety, risk management and site operations
• White Card, Drivers Licence, First Aid and CPR certification
• Competencies across multiple areas including excavator operations, trenching and shoring, electrofusion welding, PE welding or similar disciplines
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadership
