This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days a week. No relocation is provided for this opportunity.

As part of the team in the Germany laboratory at the Stolberg site, you are responsible for the release of manufactured finished goods. In your role as Technician, Laboratory, Germany, you will perform testing on finished products, raw materials, and packaging materials in our chemical laboratory. Consequently, you are responsible for maintaining our high quality standards and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Release testing of finished goods and raw materials in accordance with specified test methods, specifications, and pharmacopeias
• Independent execution of chemical analyses as part of quality control (including UV, IR, HPLC, GC, wet chemistry, etc.)
• GMP-compliant documentation of test results in both paper-based and digital formats
• Data entry and management in SAP

Education

• Successfully completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician or chemical-technical assistant

Work Experience

• Initial professional experience in a comparable position

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good IT user skills (MS Office)
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is desirable
• Reliability, resilience, and ability to work in a team
• Careful and independent working style
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Fluent German skills both written and spoken
• Desirable: Class B driver’s license #LI-JJ1

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Light-Exerting up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.
