Job Description

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, precision work, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety & Housekeeping: Implement workplace safety and health (WSH) protocols and maintain high standards of 5S/housekeeping in the workshop.
• Technical Interpretation: Interpret engineering drawings to support project execution and component fabrication.
• Mechanical Operations: Utilize hand tools and machinery to perform daily tasks and support assembly or repair operations.
• Maintenance & Servicing: Assist in the routine maintenance and servicing of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure operational reliability.
• Quality & Measurement: Perform work measurement functions to ensure parts and components meet specified tolerances.
• Workflow Improvement: Actively support and contribute to work improvement activities (e.g., process optimization).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and prepare technical documentation as required by the production or engineering department.
• Professional Development: Gain insight into the company’s organizational structure, business processes, and professional work culture.

Requirements:

• Solid foundation in mechanical principles and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
• Hands-on aptitude with mechanical hand tools and measuring equipment.
