Job title: Technician Instrumentation

Company: One of the leading mining companies

Location: Umnugobi, Mongolia

Contract Length: 1 year

The purpose of this role is to provide technical services and support instrumentation activities of the functional area in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the team's objectives and targeted plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs maintenance tasks
• Identifies defects and provide feedback on asset performance and health via RTBS, raising notifications and competing work orders.
• Supports the defect elimination process and contributes to the work management analysis and asset tactics review
• Ensures work management activities are undertaken in line with work orders and job instructions.
• Undertakes post maintenance equipment commissioning and clean–up.
• Responsible for assigned equipment proper use, maintenance and readiness.
• Conducts equipment condition monitoring and data collection

General Requirements:

• Secondary or equivalent education obtained through degrees, certificates or diplomas from academic or vocational high school training.
• Maintenance Engineers or a relevant discipline is preferable.
• Relevant experience typically achieved through vocational training and equivalent practical experience or on-the-job training.
