This role is part of Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs function, a team that ensures our products are in compliance with global, local, and internal regulations and meet the strictest standards of quality as we help people see brilliantly. The Technician III, Quality Assurance , is primarily responsible for handling complex technical tasks, supporting operations, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will monitor systems, perform audits, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Job responsibilities:
• Handle highly complex technical tasks to support operations and enhance efficiency within defined procedures
• Make significant decisions within your task scope, requiring advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Monitor systems and processes, perform audits and inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality and safety
• Serve as the focal point for all quality-related issues at the affiliate level, providing expertise in Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee quality systems and operating standards at the site, country, or regional level
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
• Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance and continuous improvement of the organization.

Minimum requirement:
1. Minimum certificate in programming or diploma in Engineering/IT
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering
3. Experience in troubleshooting, CSV or validation.
