The primary role of this position is to provide support and leadership for technical matters in facilities maintenance department activities. This position identifies problems and assists with corrective actions leading to continuous improvements. In addition to, coordinating the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of facilities’ equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and facility grounds.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, installation, and improvement of facility equipment and systems
  • Supporting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building infrastructure needs
  • Coordinating furniture and equipment moves across the site
  • Training and mentoring other technicians
  • Participating in Kaizen/continuous improvement activities
  • Ensuring the site remains safe, reliable, and operational for all associates
  • Working off‑shift or weekends as needed to support business-critical operations

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 4+ years of experience in facilities, industrial maintenance, or a related technical environment
  • Experience with building systems (HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical).
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced mechanical/technical problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve non‑routine issues with limited direction

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $29.52 - $34.92 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
