Technician III, A&P-18237
The Technician III, A&P is an entry level position ideal for new graduates from Technical or A&P school. Also ideal for mechanics with less than five years of heavy aircraft experience.
What you will be responsible for:
• Able to perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Able to use FAA approved data (i.e. IPC, M/M, OHM, SRM) proficiently.
• Insure work performed adheres to high quality standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful in this role:
• This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).
• High school diploma or general education degree GED required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training.
• May or may not have an A and/or P license.
• Some maintenance experience (including relative experience outside of Aviation).
• Must possess and be able to skillfully use the minimum tools required.
• 1 to 3 years aviation maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess the ability to learn
• Fluent in English (speech, reading, writing)
