Technician II, R&E-18248


Technician II, R/E is responsible for effectively performing R&E routine work associated with heavy aircraft A, B, C and D checks.

What you will be responsible for:
• Able to troubleshoot aircraft avionics and electrical systems using approved technical data with minimal supervision.
• Detailed knowledge of aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
• Understand engineering methodology for systems installations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing avionics and electrical modifications.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful in this role:
· This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).
· High school diploma or general education degree GED required.
· Must have an A&P, FCC license or repairman certificate.
· Knowledge of FAA regulations including 14 CFR.
· Minimum Two (2) years previous experience required.
· Fluent in English (speech, reading, writing)
