We are seeking a Technician II to join our Traverse city, MI location, supporting chemical analysis in a regulated laboratory environment. Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform laboratory procedures following defined processes and standard operating procedures to support chemical analysis
• Accurately follow quality, documentation, and data integrity requirements for all laboratory work
• Properly operate, maintain, and care for laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and ethics requirements within the laboratory environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline required
• 1–5 years of related laboratory experience, including academic or industry settings
• Working knowledge of standard laboratory procedures (balances, pipettes, sample preparation, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a production‑based team environment with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, data entry systems)
• Exposure to analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, LC‑MS, etc.) is a plus
