Job Specifications（All responsibilities and authorities of both PD and MD shall be included）:

工作职责权限（应包括MD和PD的所有职责权限）:

According to the work order and strictly follow the work instruction to produce the AMD and finish the production task

根据工单并且严格遵照作业指导书制造有源医疗器械并完成生产任务

Feeding raw material in all working station

负责各个工位物料的上料和下料

Correct batch record feeding also including other related record feeding like temperature humidity and pressure record

正确填写批记录以及其他车间其他相关的日常记录，例如车间温湿度气压记录等

Follow the work safety instruction and 5S, including workshop cleaning, machine cleaning etc.

遵循车间安全操作规程，5S维持，包括车间清洁，设备清洁等

Know basic knowledge about ESD protective are, working obey leader's arrangement

了解防静电车间作业的基本知识，服从上级的工作安排

Take care of raw material receiving and delivery

从事车间生产物料交接工作

Identify new abnormal scrap point and report to production supervisor

鉴别一些新的不良点，并且及时的汇报给生产主管

Assist production supervisor to train new operators, including detail working content and ESD protective room working procedure

协助生产主管培训新员工，包含具体的工作内容，防静电车间的作业流程

Well knowledge of AMD producing process

熟悉有源医疗器械生产的基本工艺流程

Take care of machine statues checking before shift start and operate all manufacture machine

负责生产过程中的开机前检查设备,确认设备状态，并操作所有生产设备

Analyze and solve product problem during production, and keep high quality of products

分析和解决生产过程中产品的问题，确保产品质量

Solve normal machine problem and keep line run normally

解决常见的设备问题，确保产线正常运行

Replace some simple spare parts if machine break down, like some sensor, cylinder & filter changing

更换一些常见的设备备件，例如气缸，传感器和滤芯等

Be involved in line maintenance work and format changing

参与设备维护以及产线换型工作

Be involved in new workshop process development and production layout creation & optimization

参与新工艺开发和生产布局创建和优化

Any other duties arranged from supervisor.
