In this exciting role, you will be an essential part of our internal technical team and tackle daily tasks in both mechanical and electrical fields. Our location, packed with advanced technology in a large-scale technical installation, offers a wide range of challenges and growth opportunities.

What you do on a typical day as a Technician:

• Performing routine maintenance and adjustments to minimize downtime,
• Detecting and repairing faults in equipment and infrastructure,
• Implementing technical improvements to increase operational efficiency and safety,
• Performing mechanical disassembly and assembly work,
• Proactively managing repairs and maintenance to ensure smooth operations,
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment,

What you need to be successful at GXO:

• A technical education at MBO level in Mechanics and Electrical Engineering (mechatronics is a plus) or experience in a similar position
• A service-oriented attitude and a talent for problem-solving,
• Perseverance, practical insight, flexibility, and stress resistance,
• A strong focus on safety and keeping a cool head under pressure,
• Strong team skills combined with the ability to work independently,
