Our client is a Non-Governmental Organisation and Non-Profit Organisation.
Technician I
Duties:
- Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for equipment
- Responsible for building maintenance, including plumbing and electricity systems, as well as other electrical & mechanical (E&M) installations.
- To conduct regular building facilities check-up
- To provide urgent repair of building facilities
- Responsible for monitoring work of contractors
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Service Engineering
- At least two years or above relevant working experience including painting / civil / plastering / ironmongery, etc.
- Holding of Cert of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A is a must
- Holder of valid Construction Workers Registration Card
- Good Command in written and spoken Chinese
- Immediate Available is preferable
