Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert’ in your area of expertise, sharing that knowledge with your team colleagues
• Ensure you continue to develop your knowledge and expertise through your own ‘personal career development’ and utilizing training and development offered by the company
• Act as an advocate for the company, promoting it internally and externally, that include creating and managing any social media to ‘share, like and comment’ on the company’s published content
• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, hydraulic motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic system, conveyor systems, and production machines, following diagrams, schematics, operator and technical manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and specifications, troubleshooting malfunctions
• Locates root causes of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments
• Estimate all work is undertaken to a high quality standard and adhere to all quality standard regulations
• Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plum bobs, and straightedges
• Controls downtime by informing technician of routine preventive maintenance techniques, monitoring garage job, who appointed in garage job by workshop manager
• Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
• Maintains equipment, workshop cleaning and order by workshop manager, check parts, and supplies parts from stock issue check and inspected for place an order parts work closely with workshop manager and stock control efficiency and accurately
• Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests from both intern & external customers
• Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and report to workshop manager
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications, establish new and update technology form JD
• Maintains sage and clean working environment by complying with procedure, rules and regulations
• Work within 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard
• Ensure all personal protective equipment is identified, always available, correctly used and all associated problems are reported to management
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Perform root cause analysis and resolves problems
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager
• Under Workshop Supervisor/Manager and report to them
• Achieve goals within budget
• Understand and operation within basic cost/budget measures
• Work with all other related departments and employees primarily the service parts and warehouse teams
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with all king of customers

Education Knowledge and Requirements

· Preferably educated in technician background, having Mechanical Degree or equivalent degree in related field

· Having at least 3 years’ experiences for Technician in repairing tractors or heavy equipment

· Mission upon repair at site and assign by workshop supervisor/manager

· Knowledge of business Environment

· Technician diagnoses, rectify faults repair and fix the technician problem with machinery

· Know the diagnostic processes properly

· Understand and able to read schematic diagram and understand function of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic systems

· Understand and process job in workshop in manner

· Parts request written down and check parts number in manual parts book provide by company
