Job Description

Technician Engineering will support semiconductor testing and engineering activities, including program checkout across temperature conditions, yield and Cpk analysis, failure regression, spike investigation, shipment processing, and tester board troubleshooting. The role requires good hands-on electronics knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret test data and schematics to identify and resolve failures.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform test program checkout across different temperatures.
• Conduct yield and Process Capability Index (Cpk) analysis using a minimum sample size of 30 units.
• Perform regression testing for hard and resistive shorts.
• Conduct spike checks and analyze tester failures.
• Handle shipment processing and documentation.
• Perform board repair, troubleshooting, and checkout.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Min. Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Technology Course or equivalent.
• Min. 0-3 year of relevant experience in product testing, preferably in manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of electronics and components.
• Able to read schematics and understand board designs.
• Able to analyze failures from tester logs.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), such as Advantest or Teradyne test systems.
• Familiar with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.
