JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the Hotel’s electrical, mechanical, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on E&M systems, including switchboards, lighting, pumps, ventilation, and air conditioning units
• Promptly respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and public areas to repair faulty electrical appliances and mechanical equipment
• Ensure all works comply with hotel safety standards and local government building regulations
• Assist in handling emergency system failures
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Min. 1 year of E&M maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or commercial property
• Holder of Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
• Holder of a valid Registered Electrical Worker License (e.g., Grade A or above) is preferred
• Shift work required (including weekends and public holidays)
• Good command of Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin

• 需輪班工作(包括週末及公眾假期)
• 精通粵語，具備基本英語及普通話能力
