As part of the Maintenance function supporting Production, you will work with colleagues across the site as well as contractors and vendors. Your work will contribute to equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

The role & your impact

This is an operational role focused on safely completing electrical and instrumentation maintenance and calibration activities. You will organize and prepare your work in accordance with company policies, standards, safety requirements, and applicable work-permit controls.

Your key responsibilities in this role

• Perform maintenance and calibration work in compliance with company policies, standards, and requirements.
• Investigate equipment failures and malfunctions to identify their root causes.
• Plan and prepare the resources needed to complete assigned work, including spare parts, consumables, and time requirements.
• Conduct maintenance activities safely, from work preparation through completion and handover.
• Stop work, report concerns, and seek support from the line supervisor when potential safety or work-quality risks are identified.
• Follow Permit to Work risk-control requirements and document completed work, improvements, and lessons learned to support continual improvement and knowledge sharing.

You may also contribute to small improvement projects and cross-functional activities, including steering committees, CSR initiatives, and open-house activities, as assigned.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

• A High Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years of maintenance experience.
• A good understanding of maintenance activities in manufacturing and production processes.
• The ability to communicate in English at a working level.
• A safety-conscious approach and the judgment to stop and escalate work when risks are identified.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, vendors, and other site functions.

Working conditions

• Work location: Rayong, Thailand
• Working arrangement: On-site
• Working hours and shift pattern: 8 am to 4.30 pm
• Overtime or call-out expectations: Yes
• Physical requirements: Walking, lifting, climbing, or other physical demands
