Job Description

Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Technician to support our Building Services Team.

  • Develop yourself in a comprehensive Building Services team
  • Work on a variety of engineering and maintenance projects
  • Market-leading remuneration including 5-day work week, 3-day carers leave, medical insurance coverage (including dependents), non-contributory retirement plan and performance bonus

Key Accountabilities:

  • Carry out daily routine maintenance and inspections for The Peak Tower and St. John’s Building
  • Assist in supervising contractors’ work
  • Liaise closely with Estate Management team to address tenants’ requests for technical and maintenance services
  • Monitor expenses and inventory to ensure resources are used efficiently and operations remain cost effective within approved limits
  • Attend to the emergency repairs and ad hoc projects

General Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in routine maintenance and operations of shopping malls and commercial buildings
  • Certificate Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) or Registered Semi-skilled Worker (Painter / Plasterer / Pipe-fitting)
  • Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
  • Good command of Cantonese, basic communication skills of English and Mandarin
