Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily maintenance and repair work across interior and exterior areas, including surface finishes, flooring, walls, doors, locks and ironmongery
• Responsible for the inspection, reinforcement and replacement of furniture, shelves and various equipment
• Perform beautification and maintenance work such as painting, wallpaper installation and the touch-up or refurbishment of furniture and equipment to maintain premium aesthetic standards
• Handle basic plumbing tasks, including leak inspection and repair, maintenance of faucets, valves and drainage pipes as well as the replacement of silicone sealants
• Conduct routine walkthroughs and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all facilities in guestrooms and public areas operate smoothly, upholding our high standards of accommodation quality

Qualifications:

• Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Possession of an Electrical Worker Licence Grade A or relevant trade certificates from the Construction Industry Council is highly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience in hotels, residential complexes or commercial properties
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting and hardware installation; capable of working independently to complete multi-trade maintenance tasks
• Familiar with common construction decoration materials and furniture structures, with strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving abilities
• Able to work on a rotational shift roster (9 working hours per day). Exceptional service attitude, strong sense of responsibility, initiative and team spirit are essential

• 負責酒店日常綜合維修保養工作，涵蓋室內及室外裝修面層、地板、牆身、門扇、鎖具及五金配件之檢查、維修與保養
• 負責傢俱、貨架及各類設備之檢修、加固與更換
• 執行塗漆、牆紙鋪貼、傢俱及設備翻新與修補等美化保養等工作
• 處理一般水務工程，包括漏水檢測與修復、水龍頭、閥門、排水管道之保養，以及矽膠密封條（玻璃膠）更換等
• 執行例行巡檢與預防性保養，確保客房及公共區域設施設備運作正常，維持高標準住宿品質

工作要求：

• 持有有效平安卡(若持有電工A牌或建造業議會相關工種牌照者優先考慮)
• 具 2 年或以上酒店、住宅或物業維修之經驗
• 具備基本水電、木工、油漆及五金安裝維修技能，能獨立完成多工種綜合維修任務
• 熟悉常見建築裝修材料與傢俱設備結構，具備故障判斷與實務解決能力
• 能配合輪班安排（每日工作9小時），具備良好的服務態度、責任感、主動性及團隊協作精神
