Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all processing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process faults to minimize downtime
• Inspect and test machinery to boost overall reliability and efficiency
• Install, commission, and modify equipment using schematics and technical manuals
• Execute welding, plumbing, lubrication, and basic technical tasks when authorized
• Log maintenance records and conduct smooth shift handover communications
• Support teams, share knowledge, and uphold safety, GMP, and cleanliness

What skills do you need?

• MQF Level 4+ in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline
• Industrial or equipment maintenance experience is considered an asset
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 3-shift rotations, including night shifts
• High commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
