Job Description

Execution and troubleshooting of Technology validation DoE, full process stations, process improving and maintenance, especially in NPI phase.

• Provide technical support for full processing station to solve the major problems rising in production on time.
• Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/ supervisors receive enough help when they need.
• Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products.
• Monitoring the process is implemented correctly as required.
• Rectify any wrong operation and process.
• Stabilization the process conditions. Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency.
• Assist production to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down.
• Ensure technical operation and documents are implemented well to production.
• Investigate the assigned process defect causes and work out the best solution.
• Dig out the root cause and follow up with corrective actions.
• Assist other process engineers to implement the process
• Test when need. Maintain up to date information about practices and improvements in process and program.
