主要职责：

配合主管落实，执行下述内容：

1. 面向园区的办公人员等提供设施相关的现场客户服务及工单处理；

2. 负责区域内电力，空调，照明，安防，弱电（含会议），给排水等系统的正常运行；

3. 检查及巡检（验收）设备设施的运行情况，报告运行故障和维修结果；

4. 负责处理建筑、设备设施及外围应急维修；

5. 协调设备供应商的现场整改工作；

6. 根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，组织并协调，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；

7. 日常创建设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等记录。

要求：

1. 仪表端庄，举止大方，穿着得体，态度中肯；

2. 至少具有低压电工证；有制冷与空调作业上岗证优先；

3. 会电脑操作，办公软件使用优先；

4. 具有电工操作，中央空调设备操作、综合维修工作经验3年以上；

5. 高中（中技）以上学历；

6. 有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力，能阅读图纸者优先；

7. 具有积极主动地工作精神，善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作；

8. 常白班为主，按需临时倒班。
