✔️ 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience✔️ Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repairs✔️ Able to work independently and solve problems fast✔️ Comfortable in fast-paced, guest-facing environments✔️ Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required)
💪 Lift up to 70 lbs🪜 Comfortable working at heights (10–15 ft)🚶 Stand/walk for long periods🦺 Use PPE and follow OSHA safety standards
