Responsibilities:

- Have ability to give guidance for lower level as part of development.
- Complete, verify, and submit service administration and technical or technology job documents in accordance with standard manuals and procedures, to ensure accurate records and proper service processing.
- Perform contamination control and safety activities for technical or technology job processes in accordance with standard manuals and procedures to ensure safe, clean, and compliant service execution.
- Identify waste and participate in continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Execute mechanical job processes (DA, RI, PM, Recondition, and Technical Analysis 1) in accordance with standard manuals and procedures to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable service quality.
- Ensure the implementation of corporate standard procedures and best practices to maintain consistent service execution and operational compliance.
- Provide technical explanations to customers regarding problem solving under guidance to clarify issues and solutions provided.
- Ensure Service activity in quick respond, meet target completion and customer requirement to maintain satisfactory quality of technical/ technology job processes and results.
- Process parts requests and returns for technical or technology job processes by following standard manuals and procedures and ensuring parts or components are in good condition when handover to customers to support accurate service processing and reliabl
- Ensure tools and equipment utilization for technical or technology job processes in accordance with standard manuals and procedures, and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition to support safe, accurate, and efficient technical execution.
- Define services requirement (revenue, warranty or guarantee) related customer request to meet with customer needs and request.
