In our department in Kristiansand, we manage the entire product lifecycle locally—from R&D and testing to production and customer support. This role therefore offers involvement in activities beyond pure production, providing opportunities to gain insight into a wide range of technical disciplines.
In this position, you will be involved in the assembly, calibration, and testing of electromechanical devices in our production facility. As a key member of the production team, you will play an important role in ensuring consistent product quality and operational excellence.
Assemble, inspect, and test advanced electromechanical products to the highest quality standards
Inspect, test and configure various mechanical and electrical parts to be used in larger assemblies
Perform precise soldering of connectors and circuit boards
Ensure the quality of finished products through thorough inspection and quality assurance
Document completed work accurately in the ERP system
Prepare and finalize products for delivery to customers
Develop, document, and continuously improve work procedures and processes
A relevant vocational qualification (e.g. trade certificate/apprenticeship) in electronics, electrical work, automation, or a related field is highly desirable
Experience in roles such as electronics technician, panel builder, electrician, automation technician, or similar electromechanical work is an advantage
Solid technical understanding: experience with Linux or similar environments is an advantage, but not required
Genuine interest in electronics, assembly, and production processes
Strong attention to detail, with excellent precision and fine motor skills
