Join Our Team as a Technician
As a Technician at NSM Canada, you play an important part in helping clients receive the equipment and support they need to move through daily life more safely and comfortably. Whether you are delivering equipment, making wheelchair adjustments, or completing repairs, your work helps ensure each client has the right solution in place and the confidence to use it. This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in doing the work well and understands the value of getting the details right.
As part of the founding team in Surrey, you will help bring this new location to life through the work you do each day. The early team will play an important role in setting the tone for service, teamwork, and the client experience from the very beginning. We are looking for a Technician to join our team and support clients with equipment and service that helps them live with greater independence every day.
Scope
We are seeking a high-level Technician who thrives on complexity. In this role, you won’t just follow a manual; you will be expected to think outside the box to resolve unique challenges in diverse environments. You are a profound troubleshooter who takes total ownership of a project from the initial diagnostic to the final client sign-off.
Position Reports To: Branch Manager
