Are you a skilled roof window fitter, roofer, carpenter, loft conversion specialist — or alternatively a service technician used to working with domestic appliances or similar?

Want to take your technical know-how in a fresh direction with one of the world’s most respected brands in sustainable building?

We’re looking for hands-on professionals to join our expert VELUX Field Service Team, helping customers get the best from their roof windows across South and West London.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visiting customers' homes to diagnose and repair VELUX roof windows and accessories

• Providing expert advice and technical support on-site

• Representing the VELUX brand with professionalism and pride

• Managing a well-equipped service van and maintaining strong daily organisation

What You’ll Need

• Background in roofing, carpentry, glazing, loft conversions — or relevant experience in appliance/service repair or similar

• A practical, problem-solving mindset with strong customer focus

• Comfortable working at heights and inspecting roof/window areas

• Based within or near the listed postcodes SE,SW,CR,BR,DA,W,TW

• Full, clean UK driving licence
