Job Description

Technicians at Fass Payment Solutions Sdn Bhd play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure supporting financial services. This role will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting system maintenance, responding to incidents, assisting in technology deployment, ensuring security compliance, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to ensure the availability and functionality of fintech products and services.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance activities to uphold system stability and performance.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize service disruptions.
  • Assist in the deployment of new technologies and systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components and systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Bonus Points For:

  • Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Able to work independently and communicate well with team members.
