Job Description

The Technician performs advanced technical work with minimal supervision. This role has mastered several key technical aspects of the job and is capable of independently handling complex assignments. The technician actively supports troubleshooting, process improvement, and provides technical guidance to junior technicians where required
Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities related to manufacturing equipment, systems, or processes
• Independently handle non‑routine and moderately complex technical issues
• Support engineers in setup, calibration, testing, and process optimization activities
• Conduct rework, inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure product and process compliance
• Analyze equipment or process data and recommend corrective actions or improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports related to technical activities
• Assist in identifying root causes of technical issues and support corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Provide guidance or informal support to junior technicians when needed

Requirements:

• 
  Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, or a related technical field
• 
  Experience working with minimal supervision and directing own work effectively
• 
  Able to independently troubleshoot equipment, systems, or processes
• 
  Capable of supporting engineers and guiding junior technicians when required
