Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Xem xét số lượng tồn kho tool hàng ngày và hành động giải quyết sự cố tức thời để đảm bảo sản xuất được liên tục đáp ứng lịch giao hàng đã hứa với khách hàng.
• Hỗ trợ chuyền sản xuất và những bộ phận khác cho những dự án cải tiến quy trình và các hoạt động phát triển quy trình.
• Sắp xếp công việc để hoàn thành một cách hiệu quả nhất.
• Thực hiện những dự án được giao, thảo luận nhóm, đưa ra đề nghị về giải pháp để đáp ứng các mục tiêu của bộ phận đúng hẹn.
• Xác định những cơ hội cải tiến quy trình và thông báo cho kỹ sư phụ trách khu vực sản xuất hoặc quản lý để thực hiện tiết kiệm chi phí.
• Đặt tool theo yêu cầu của bộ phận assembly
• Theo dõi tiến độ giao hàng tool từ nhà cung cấp
• Lắp tool theo bản vẽ trước khi giao xuống cho sản xuất
  

Education & Experience

• 3+ Năm kinh nghiệm làm trong sản xuất, liên quan trực tiếp đến các công đoạn vận hành máy trong qui trình sản xuất với vị trí tương đương
• Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, Cao đẳng
