Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• In charge of operation/execution reliability activities to support the business demand

Education & Experience

• College degree or equivalent, majoring in materials science, physics, microelectronics or related engineering fields
• 3 years + process quality control / Reliability/FA related working experience, familiar w/ the manufacture process knowledge of PCBA, IC, and optical assembly is preferred.

Skills

• Experience in using thermal test equipment’s, microscopes, sectioning, grinding and other equipment, with strong hands-on abilities in microscopic observation, sample preparation, grinding (including surface grinding), polishing, etc
• Knowledge of analytical tools such as Probing station, X-ray, SEM, FIB also process capability knowledge
• Priority will be given to those with experience in third-party testing laboratories.
• Master the basic editing of office documents
• Have good teamwork and communication skills

Working Conditions

• Works in standard office/manufacturing environment.
