Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1- Incoming materials quality

• Perform accurate, repeatable work in large-scale production processes in inspecting ALL PARTS AND TRAINING.
• Thorough understanding of concepts in "workmanship standard", "IQC procedure". And there are instructions for new employees.
• Ability to use and training all complex tools to evaluate products during testing when necessary. (Full focus machine, sanding measuring machine, anodise plating measuring machine, gold plating thickness measuring machine, RoHs measuring machine, CMM).
• Work results must be consistent with “Workmanship Standards” and comply with quality standards.
• To use SPC tools to analysis defects and other issues to find out the way continuously improve and solve problem.

2- Machinery /Equipment maintenance and set up.

• To make sure equipment used is calibrated and calibrated date does not expire. Implement internal calibration for equipment if assigned.
• Provide best practice for machine operation to operators.
• Set up, operate machines and ensure all parameters are accurate.

3. Safety

• Do not compromise the safety of oneself, machinery, equipment, or products.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling and using chemicals.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisors.

4- Other

• Sets a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, competence, and quality
• Maintains a positive attitude and is cooperative while working with others
• Maintains Good Attendance.
• Responsible for maintaining Housekeeping Standards.
• Maintains a Safe Work Environment

Education & Experience

1. Experience

• Minimum 2 years IQC experience. Production environment is preferred.
• Priority is given to having experience working with hand tools, microscopes, welding torches, Micrometres, CMM is a plus.
• Understanding of technical drawing and basic chemical engineering principals to manufacture parts in high volume setting.
• Ability using office computer skills.
• Be able to define colours correctly to identify materials and products needed.

2. Education

• Intermediate Graduate or College Graduate with major in Mechanical, Mechatronics.

Skills

• Careful, meticulous and skilful.
• Able to work in an environment with cultural differences.
• Good communication and expression skills.
• Work with a high spirit of rules, professionalism and capacity.
• Capable of working with Max 40X magnification.
• Ability to read technical and process drawings.

Working Conditions

• The environment in the production area has enough light.
• Requires work to sit or stand, walk back and forth depending on the level of work.
• In working conditions that require reaching height to the shoulders and chest or moving documents and materials according to work requirements.
• Job requirements depending on the area require wearing personal safety equipment such as safety glasses, earplugs. Keep the area clean.
